The all-new service was unveiled by Asia’s first-ever luxury cruise line at Shanghai’s International Luxury Travel Market Asia with an exclusive personal butler showcase. The service, otherwise known as ‘Dream Butler’, was demonstrated to visitors in a stunning showcase of etiquette, body language, food and beverage expertise, wine and spirits knowledge, and of course, guest protocol. The services were among the many specialized skill-sets that one can certainly expect from a ‘Dream Butler’.

Dream Butlers also provide round-the-clock service. Whether you’re starved for a cheeseburger at 4AM in the morning, in need of some perfectly pressed garments, or even hard pressed for precious minutes to pack or unpack your luggage, the Dream Butler’s right there at your service. Reservations for priority spa, dining and excursions will also be arranged by them on request.
According to Mr. Thatcher Brown, President of Dream Cruises, one can enjoy “the finest dining options, exceptional service, enthralling entertainment and inspirational experiences” onboard the cruise.

You can enjoy this highly personalized European-style butler service onboard Genting Dream’s Dream Mansion experience, which offers a ‘ship-within-a-ship’ enclave with 142 expansive suites. The Genting Dream is the cruise line’s maiden ship, and will enter service in November from her homeport of Nansha, Guangzhou. The ship is currently in Papenburg, Germany undergoing fit-out at the Meyer Werft.

According to Brown, the bespoke butler service was introduced in their aim “to redefine vacation travel for our customers with a transformational journey at sea”.
“The Dream Butler service offers discerning Dream Mansion guests a truly luxurious Dream Cruises accommodation experience,” says Brown.
