Van Cleef & Arpels Presents a Graphic and Super Feminine Collection of Fine Jewellery
In the 30’s Van Cleef & Arpels created paillette, a sinuous element created by the House’s expertise of fine jewellery. Today pailette is revisited in colours, volumes and combinations and becomes the undisputed star of the new Bouton d’Or collection.
The creation of the Bouton d’Or collection, demanded a certain rigidity and the technical skills that have always been the strength of the Maison de haute joiellerie founded in Paris in 1906: each pastille, curved or rounded encloses within itself a diamond that illuminates various materials and represents a valuable piece of a mosaic that becomes a ring, a necklace,a pendant, a bracelet or earrings.
Characterised by daring combinations of materials, the Bouton d’Orcollection combines tradition and modernity and consists of two sets of five jewels, each of them in rose gold, mother of Pearl and carnelian, or in yellow gold, Onyx and crysoprase.
