The 60-story Porsche Design Tower in Miami has been hitting headlines for rising as the world’s first drive-in residential skyscraper. Fitted with an automated car elevator lift system, the building is designed to transport the super-pricey cars from the lobby up into a private sky garage connected to the apartment. 

Located at Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, the 57 stories beachfront building is scheduled to open its doors in late 2016.

The crowning glory of the structure is a four-level penthouse that is designed with full-length windows, 20-foot ceilings, and a private interior elevator. The most luring feature that will woo auto enthusiasts is the in-unit garage, which has enough room for eleven vehicles along with an option of including a living room and bar.

At the pinnacle of Miami’s most impressive luxury residential tower, the 16,915 square feet penthouse also includes a living-dining area, a sleek kitchen, a family room, and four en suite bedrooms.

Priced at $32.5 million, the residence’s outdoor space boasts two private pools, one on the rooftop and one on the terrace. It also opens up to two balconies and as well as two summer kitchens that render infinite views offering a caliber of luxury and lifestyle never seen before.
