From the geniuses at Razor come wheels you can attach to your sneakers—with real sparking action!
In 2015, the trendiest way to get from A to B was easily the hoverboard, utilized by Justin Bieber-impersonators and J.R Smith alike. But in 2016, people everywhere are soon to embracing Jetts, the new wheels you can attach to your sneakers, made by everyone's favorite scooter company of 2002, Razor. And unlike pricey hoverboards, Jetts are just $40.
Now while wheeled sneakers are are nothing new (remember Heelys?!), the real advantage of Jetts isn't the ability to roll around city streets and office halls. It's the "real sparking action" that expels sparks out of the back of the Jetts as you're riding them, as demonstrated in the video below. (By the way, toy commercials have seemingly not changed, like,at all in the past 20 years.) Though, we're not sure how excited moms around the country are going to be when their kids are rolling around on what are basically mobile flame-throwers.
But if you're a grown-ass man in the market for some Jetts, we may have some bad news. According to Razor's site, the weight limit on Jetts in 176 points, meaning if you've been bulking up this winter, these might not be in your future. But for any small and svelte dudes out there, these might just be the sickest, gnarliest new sneaker style move of the year.
